In 2007, NHC was founded by Yasmin and Sara, each bringing a wealth of expertise to the realm of early childhood education.

With 30 years of experience as an Early Years Educator, Yasmin spearheaded the business, while Sara, equipped with a background in Advertising & Marketing, contributed 16 years of experience as an Early Years Leader and holds qualifications as an Early Years Teacher. The NHC family expanded in 2022 with the addition of Sak, Sara's husband, who brought 25 years of educational experience and expertise in Positive Psychology.

As the Strategic and Mental Fitness Lead, Sak plays a pivotal role in the leadership team. While Yasmin took a step back from daily involvement, she continues as a director, ensuring the highest standards of childcare are maintained. The trio, Yasmin, Sara, and Sak, remain actively engaged in the nursery's daily operations, embodying a hands-on approach to uphold the commitment to exceptional childcare standards.
